The short version
We don’t collect your personal information. Your child’s name, drawings, and progress never leave your device.
Neuvy Labs, Inc. (“Neuvy,” “we,” or “us”) builds Neuvy Kids, a daily drawing exercise for ages 4–10. We built it with the simplest privacy model there is: we don’t ask for personal information, and we don’t send it anywhere. This policy explains exactly what that means.
The app does need the internet for two ordinary things: playing the exercise videos, and checking whether a subscription is active. Those run through a small number of service providers, and we list every one of them by name in the services we rely on. None of them receive your child’s name, drawings, or progress, and none of them are analytics or advertising companies.
Everything stays on the device
Whatever your child uses in Neuvy Kids lives only on your device — we never receive it on a server:
- The name or nickname your child enters is stored inside the app on the device. It never reaches us.
- Drawings and lesson progress stay on the device too. They belong to your family, not to us.
- Because your child’s activity is never uploaded, there’s no account to log into and nothing of yours sitting on our servers. We don’t operate a server that receives it.
What we don't collect
To be completely clear, Neuvy Kids does not collect:
- A parent email address — there's no sign-up or login.
- Your child's age or date of birth.
- Your child's name or nickname (it stays on the device).
- Drawings, artwork, or lesson history.
- Contact lists, photos, microphone, or location data.
- Advertising identifiers or behavioral tracking of any kind.
We don’t run third-party analytics or trackers inside the app, so there’s no hidden data trail either.
Children's privacy & COPPA
Neuvy Kids is made for children, so we designed it to sit comfortably within the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws around the world. The simplest way to protect children’s data is not to collect it — so we don’t.
Because we collect no personal information from children (or anyone), COPPA’s notice-and-consent requirements aren’t triggered. There is no profile on our servers to review, export, or delete — removing the data is as simple as deleting the app from your device.
No personal information about a child is ever disclosed to a third party, because none is collected in the first place. The service providers listed below never receive a child’s name, drawings, or progress.
Anything that would take a child out of the app or spend money — the subscription screen, our support email, this policy, the terms, rating the app, and the update prompt — sits behind a parental gate that asks a question a young child isn’t expected to answer, so a grown-up stays in control.
No ads, no trackers, no selling
Neuvy Kids contains no advertising, no third-party trackers, and we never sell or rent data — because we don’t have any to sell.
Our app is funded by family subscriptions, not by your data. That alignment is intentional and won’t change.
Payments
Your first 3 exercises are free. If you subscribe to unlock more, the purchase is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. They process the payment — we never see your name, card number, or billing address. Your subscription is managed in your app store account, not by us.
To know whether your subscription is still active, the app uses a subscription-management service called RevenueCat. It sees the receipt your app store issues — never your child’s name, drawings, or progress. See below for exactly what it receives.
Buying a subscription always happens behind a parental gate — a question a young child can’t answer — so a purchase can’t start without a grown-up.
The services we rely on
Neuvy Kids uses exactly three outside services, all of them purely functional. None of them is an analytics or advertising company, and none of them receives personal information about your child.
- RevenueCatkeeps track of whether your subscription is active. It receives the purchase receipt from Apple or Google, plus basic device model, operating system, and country information, tied to a random identifier the app generates — not to a name, email, or advertising ID. We never ask it for your advertising identifier, and the app never sends one. This data is stored on RevenueCat’s servers in the United States and is used only to unlock the content you paid for. - Cloudflare Streamhosts and delivers the exercise videos. Like any website or video player, it sees the internet connection asking for a video — that is, an IP address — because that’s how the video gets to you. There is no account, no profile, and no identifier attached to what your child watches. Read their privacy policy.
- The Apple App Store and Google Play are asked whether a newer version of Neuvy Kids exists, so we can let you know an update is available. The app sends only its own name — no information about you or your device.
We don’t sell, rent, or share data with anyone else, and we don’t use any of the above for advertising, profiling, or tracking your family across apps or websites.
Keeping it safe
Since your child’s information never leaves the device, it’s protected by your device’s own security — your passcode, lock screen, and the operating system’s sandboxing. There’s no central database of children’s data for anyone to breach, because we never built one.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the app works in a way that affects privacy, we’ll update the date above and explain the change in the app before it takes effect. Our intention is to keep Neuvy Kids collection-free for the long haul.
