Use Neuvy Kids for your own family, be kind, and pay for what you subscribe to. We’ll keep the app running and treat you fairly.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Neuvy Kids, provided by Neuvy Labs, Inc. (“Neuvy,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Neuvy Kids.
Who can use Neuvy Kids
Neuvy Kids is designed for children ages 4–10, but it must be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. By setting up Neuvy Kids on your device, you confirm you are that adult and that you consent to your child using the app under your supervision.
Setting up & supervision
Neuvy Kids runs on your device — there’s no account to create and no login to remember. As the supervising adult, you are responsible for:
- Supervising your child's use and the screen-time limits you set.
- The device the app runs on, including its passcode and security.
- Any subscription you purchase through your app store account.
Subscriptions & billing
World 1 is free. Additional worlds and family features are available through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by those platforms’ terms — we never handle or see your payment details.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- Prices are shown before purchase; we'll notify you before any price change.
- Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.
Free trials & cancellation
Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel anytime from your app store account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy of the platform you purchased through.
Your license to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Neuvy Kids for your family’s own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. This license doesn’t transfer any ownership in the app to you.
Acceptable use
When using Neuvy Kids, you agree not to:
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content.
- Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass security or paywalls.
- Use the app to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Interfere with the service, other families' use, or our systems.
Our content & intellectual property
Neuvy Kids, including its lessons, characters Neu and Vy, artwork, software, and trademarks, is owned by Neuvy Labs, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Anything your child draws within the app belongs to your family — we claim no ownership over your child’s creations.
Disclaimers
Neuvy Kids is an educational and play activity, not a medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic service. It is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee specific developmental outcomes or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuvy and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Termination
You can stop using Neuvy Kids and delete the app from your device at any time, which removes its data with it. We may end this license if these Terms are violated or if we’re required to by law. When the license ends, sections that by their nature should survive — like ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits — will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we’ll update the date above and notify parents by email or in-app. Continuing to use Neuvy Kids after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
